Rubs & Seasonings

All-Purpose Spice Rub

Yield: About ½ cup

There are as many rubs as ribs. I’ve had good results with this.

  • 1TBS cumin
  • 1TBS paprika
  • 1TBS granulated garlic
  • 1TBS granulated onion
  • 1TBS chili powder
  • 1TBS brown sugar
  • 2TBS kosher salt
  • 1tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp white pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Rub can be stored (or frozen) in an airtight container for several months.
