Kenji Lopex-Alt<\/a>\u00a0Link to the YouTube Channel of the chief culinary consultant of Serious Eats and author of the James Beard Award\u2013nominated column The Food Lab, in which he unravels the science of home cooking.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/\">Food Channel<\/a> web site for the Food Network.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cookingchanneltv.com\/\">Cooking Channel<\/a> is the Canadian cousin of the Food Network.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chefjeanpierre.com\/\">Chef Jean Pierre<\/a> is a retired restaurant chef and cooking teacher has a ton of recipes and accompanying YouTube videos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.billyparisi.com\/\">Billy Parisi<\/a> demonstrates some fantastic recipes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bonappetit.com\/\">Bon Appetit<\/a> The venerable magazines on-line presence. They offer a lot of recipes and newsletters.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epicurious.com\/\">Epicurious<\/a> The parent company of current and former magazines. Contains Bon Appetit and the long gone Gourmet. They offer a lot of recipes and newsletters.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/food\/\">BBC UK<\/a> Home of British cooking shows and recipes.\u00a0 Includes recipes of some top chefs, like Raymond Blanc, Tom Kerridge, Michel Roux Jr., Ken Hom and Nigella Lawson.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/foodwishes\">Food Wishes<\/a> Chef John is a professional chef and culinary instructor.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/allrecipes.com\/\">All Recipes<\/a> is a recipe site and the parent company of Food Wishes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UC0lG3Ihe4LGV851lODRIS5g\">French Cooking Academy<\/a> Stephane is a French home chef on a mission to re-discover the world of French food.<\/p>\n<h3>Subscription<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.americastestkitchen.com\/\">America&#8217;s Test Kitchen<\/a> (subscription)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cooksillustrated.com\">Cook&#8217;s Illustrated<\/a> (subscription)<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cookscountry.com\/\">Cook&#8217;s Country<\/a> (subscription)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>References This is a list of my favorite cooking web sites.
