Higher or lower to match something else at the same time isn\u2019t a problem but may affect browning.<\/p>\n<p>Break down cauliflower into florets.<\/p>\n<p>Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Place on sheet pan.<\/p>\n<p>Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning every 8-10 minutes.
