I added it around 2015.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz salmon filet, skinned, deboned and cut in half for two servings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">6<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">sea scallops, foot removed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">6<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">16-20 count shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">scallion \/ green onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup Israeli couscous<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup white wine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup clam broth \/ fish stock \/ water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. For direct to table serving, heat 10 inch casserole dish in oven.<\/p>\n<p>Blot <strong>seafood<\/strong> dry on paper towel. Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat a 10 to 12 inch skillet over medium high heat, add <strong>wine, clam juice<\/strong> and <strong>couscous.<\/strong> Cover and cook to half time on package directions. Remove from heat and remove cover.<\/p>\n<p>For direct to table serving, remove casserole dish from oven and pour <strong>couscous<\/strong> mixture into dish.<\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>salmon fillets<\/strong> in center of dish\/pan on top of <strong>couscous.<\/strong> Arrange <strong>shrimp<\/strong> and <strong>scallops<\/strong> in alternating pattern around edge of dish\/pan. Slice <strong>scallion<\/strong> and sprinkle on top of <strong>seafood.<\/strong><br \/>\nBake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serves: 2 servings Scott Nowell Circa 2004: This started out without the couscous.
