Add oil and butter and heat until butter stops foaming. Add pork and sear 2 to 4 minutes on all sides or until browned. Select <strong>CANCEL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In small bowl, mix broth, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and salt. Pour over pork in insert. Secure lid; set pressure valve to <strong>SEALING<\/strong>. Select <strong>MANUAL<\/strong>; cook on <strong>HIGH<\/strong> pressure for 70 minutes. Select <strong>CANCEL<\/strong>.
