Baste with <strong>butter<\/strong> during second half of cooking.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from pan and paint your <strong>lamb chops<\/strong> evenly with <strong>Dijon mustard.<\/strong> Roll <strong>chops<\/strong> in <strong>herb breadcrumbs<\/strong> until evenly coated.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer to oven at 400\u00b0F and cook to desired temperature, 5 to 10 minutes.
