This is very similar to the roast chicken pieces in the deli at King Soopers.&nbsp; The mix of chicken is up to you. Substitute breasts and wings or use a combination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For chicken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4-8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">legs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">thighs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For paprika rub:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Kosher Salt (or table salt) <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Pepper <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp Onion Powder <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Garlic Powder <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Smoked Paprika <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Run chicken pieces with olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Place half of run into shaking bag. Add chicken, two pieces at a time and shake well to coat. Remove pieces to sheet or roasting pan, skin side down, shaking each piece to remove excess rub in the bag.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat for remaining pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Roast chicken for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0F.
