Gambo<\/h6>\n<p><strong>For Chicken<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\" quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz sliced chicken<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">pinch of salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp sesame seed oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">egg white<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS corn starch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS of oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main dish<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\" quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz baby shrimp<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz BBQ pork (See <a href=\"https:\/\/nowellfamily.org\/cookbook\/2020\/01\/27\/bbq-pork-char-siu\/\">BBQ Pork \/ Char Sui<\/a>)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup bean sprouts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup green onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup white onions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cups cooked white rice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS oyster sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">pinch white pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS of soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup green onions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marinating the Meats<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marinate the chicken with salt, sesame seed oil, 1\/2 egg white, corn starch and 1 tablespoon of oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook the Chicken<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a wok add 1 tablespoon of oil and add the chicken and cook for on high heat until chicken is fully cooked all the way through.<\/p>\n<p>Set the cooked chicken aside<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stir-Fry<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add 2 tablespoons of oil, egg, the 3 different type of meats and all of the vegetables, white rice and stir-fry<\/p>\n<p>Next add the oyster sauce, white pepper, soy sauce and stir-fry<\/p>\n<p>Once the fried rice is evenly mixed together, add it to a plate and place a few green onions on top.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yield: 2 to 3 Servings Adapted from Sue &amp;
