A simple and delicious meal made in less than 30 minutes!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steaks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp onion powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cube steaks<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mushroom Gravy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">onion sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">6<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz mushrooms sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup beef broth (or 1 tsp Better Than Bouillon mixed with 1 cup water)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">package onion soup mix (see below)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp cornstarch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nSteak:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a small wide bowl combine the <strong>flour, pepper, salt, onion powder<\/strong> and <strong>garlic powder.<\/strong> Add the <strong>cube steak<\/strong> and coat with the <strong>flour<\/strong> on each side.<\/p>\n<p>In a medium sized skillet add the <strong>olive<\/strong>\u00a0oil. Over medium high heat add the <strong>cube steak<\/strong> and cook for about 2-4 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mushroom Gravy:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>olive<\/strong>\u00a0oil and sliced <strong>onions.<\/strong> Saut\u00e9 for 4-5 minutes then add in the <strong>mushrooms<\/strong> and saut\u00e9 until they are golden. Add in the <strong>beef broth<\/strong> and <strong>onion soup mix<\/strong> and mix until dissolved. Whisk the <strong>cornstarch<\/strong> and <strong>water<\/strong> in a small bowl. Add to the <strong>gravy<\/strong> and mix.
