{"id":3191,"date":"2020-06-22T20:37:51","date_gmt":"2020-06-22T20:37:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/nowellfamily.org\/cookbook\/?p=3191"},"modified":"2024-04-19T21:00:00","modified_gmt":"2024-04-19T21:00:00","slug":"baked-shrimp-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nowellfamily.org\/cookbook\/2020\/06\/22\/baked-shrimp-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Shrimp"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Yield: 3 to 4 Servings<\/h5>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Scott Nowell<\/h6>\n<p>An alternative to baked stuffed shrimp.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00be<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup Ritz crackers, crushed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS chopped parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz white wine, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS butter, melted, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12-15<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">21\/25 shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt and freshly ground pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">lemon zest and juice of half lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">juice of half a lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">parsley to garnish<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>Casserole:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, mix <strong>Ritz cracker crumbs<\/strong>, <strong>parsley<\/strong> and <strong>garlic<\/strong>.
