Sear <strong>chicken<\/strong> on each side for 4 to 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove <strong>chicken<\/strong> to a plate and cover with foil.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>shallots<\/strong> to skillet and saut\u00e9 until translucent. Add <strong>garlic<\/strong> and saut\u00e9 for 30 seconds. De-glaze the pan with a splash of <strong>white wine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>rice<\/strong> &amp; <strong>chicken broth<\/strong> into the skillet with the <strong>onions<\/strong> &amp; <strong>garlic,<\/strong> stir well and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>chicken<\/strong> on top of <strong>rice<\/strong> in the skillet.
