Only takes minutes to prepare!<\/p>\n<p>You might consider not adding the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>chili sauce<\/strong><\/span> to the wok, but to individual taste.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">lb broccoli cut into small florets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">20-30<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">medium size shrimp (peeled, deveined and cut in half lengthwise)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup onion, small dice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup raw or blanched cashews<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS curry powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup chicken stock<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup coconut milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>chili sauce <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(can be added to individual portions)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">spicy<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> curry salt<\/span><\/strong> (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS of corn starch, diluted in 2 TBS water for slurry<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nBlanch broccoli:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If using <strong>raw cashews,<\/strong> poach them in boiling <strong>water<\/strong> for 1 minute. Remove from water and set aside to dry.<\/p>\n<p>In 6 cups of boiling <strong>water<\/strong> poach the <strong>broccoli<\/strong> for 3 minutes and then shock them in <strong>ice water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a Wok or a deep Saut\u00e9 Pan heat the <strong>oil<\/strong> and when hot add the <strong>onion<\/strong> and saut\u00e9 until light golden-brown, 4 to 6 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>shrimp, broccoli, cashews, curry powder, chicken stock, and coconut milk.\u00a0<\/strong>Stir to mix and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>If the consistency is too liquid, be sure to add a touch of <strong>cornstarch slurry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjust seasoning with <strong>salt<\/strong>.
