Cook until <strong>rice<\/strong> is tender, 15-18 minutes. Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.<\/p>\n<p>Thinly slice <strong>scallions,<\/strong> separating <strong>whites<\/strong> from <strong>greens.<\/strong> Quarter <strong>lime.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook pork: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat a drizzle of <strong>oil<\/strong> in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add <strong>pork<\/strong> and cook, breaking up <strong>meat<\/strong> into pieces, until browned and cooked through, 4- to 6-minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If there\u2019s excess grease in your pan, carefully pour it out.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make stir-fry: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stir <strong>scallion whites<\/strong> and <strong>cabbage<\/strong> into pan with <strong>pork,<\/strong> cook, stirring occasionally, until just tender, 2- to 3-minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in <strong>hoisin, chili sauce,<\/strong> 2\u00bd TBS <strong>sweet soy glaze,<\/strong> and \u00bd tsp sugar until thoroughly combined. Turn off heat.<\/p>\n<p>Taste and season with juice from half the <strong>lime, salt,<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Finish &amp; serve: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fluff <strong>rice<\/strong> with a fork and stir in 1 TBS <strong>butter<\/strong> until melted. Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Divide <strong>rice<\/strong> between bowls and top with <strong>moo shu pork.<\/strong> Sprinkle with <strong>scallion greens<\/strong> and as many <strong>sesame seeds<\/strong> as you like.
