Add <strong>pork<\/strong> and cook until browned and cooked through, 4- to 6-minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p>Add 1 TBS <strong>butter<\/strong> topan, stir until melted, then spoon over <strong>pork<\/strong> until coated.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off heat, transfer <strong>pork<\/strong> to a plate, pouring any remaining <strong>butter<\/strong> from pan over top. Tent with foil to keep warm.
