Add one clove of minced <strong>garlic,<\/strong> cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in <strong>rice,<\/strong> \u00be cup <strong>water,<\/strong> a pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong> and a tsp <strong>BTB chicken<\/strong>. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. You may also use a gallon bag for easier clean-up.<\/p>\n<p>Remove plastic wrap. Pat <strong>chicken<\/strong> dry, and season both sides with <strong>buttermilk-dill seasoning<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>panko<\/strong> on a plate. Transfer <strong>chicken<\/strong> to plate with panko. Flip <strong>chicken<\/strong> and cook until <strong>chicken<\/strong> reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165\u00b0F, 3-5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from burner. Transfer <strong>chicken<\/strong> to towel-lined plate. Stir constantly until lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>zucchini<\/strong> and \u00bc tsp <strong>salt.<\/strong> Stir occasionally until lightly browned and tender, 5-6 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from burner.
