Add pork and sear, turning occasionally, until browned all over, 4- to 8-minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off heat. Bring to a simmer and cook until thoroughly combined and thickened, 2- to 4-minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Turn off heat. Stir in 1 TBS <strong>butter<\/strong> until melted.
