Was good.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">head broccoli, trimmed into florets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">shrimp &#8211; per person, peeled and deveined.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz fettuccine pasta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cloves garlic, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00be<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup heavy cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz Boursin Garlic &amp; Fine Herbs Cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">kosher salt and fresh pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">fresh Italian parsley for garnish<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Boil 3 quarts water in your favorite pasta pot. Add about a TBS of salt when near boiling.<br \/>\nAdd shrimp and boil for 60-90 seconds. Remove to bowl.<br \/>\nAdd broccoli and boil for 2 minutes. Remove to bowl with shrimp.<br \/>\nCook pasta until al dente. Set aside about a cup of pasta water just in case you need to thin out the sauce later.<br \/>\nDrain pasta.<br \/>\nAdd 2 TBS butter to the pasta pot. When melted, add garlic, cook for a minute.<br \/>\nAdd heavy cream and bring the sauce to a simmer, about 5-7 minutes, until nice and thick. The spoon should leave a line\/trail as you run it through the sauce.<br \/>\nTurn the heat to low and add Boursin cheese, stirring until melted and fully incorporated. Taste the sauce and add any kosher salt or fresh black pepper as needed. Add drained pasta and shrimp and toss to combine.<br \/>\nTop with parsley for garnish.
