Transfer <strong>pork<\/strong> to platter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>broth<\/strong> and <strong>cream<\/strong> to the now-empty skillet and cook over medium-high heat until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Stir <strong>mustard, lemon juice, garlic,<\/strong> and any accumulated <strong>pork juices<\/strong> into <strong>sauce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Divide <strong>pork chops<\/strong> between plates.
