Roast in top shelf of hot oven until browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make the Scampi Butter:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp\u00a0<strong>olive oil.<\/strong>\u00a0Add\u00a0<strong>butter, garlic,<\/strong>\u00a0and a pinch of\u00a0<strong>salt<\/strong>\u00a0to hot pan and stir constantly until golden brown, 2-3 minutes. Once golden brown, immediately transfer\u00a0<strong>scampi butter<\/strong>\u00a0to a mixing bowl.
