Sprinkle <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper<\/strong> over <strong>potatoes<\/strong> and <strong>asparagus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In same bowl, toss <strong>apple<\/strong> with 1 tsp <strong>olive oil.<\/strong> In a small bowl, mix <strong>brown sugar, cinnamon<\/strong> and <strong>ginger,<\/strong> sprinkle over <strong>apples<\/strong> and toss to coat. Transfer to a different section of pan.<\/p>\n<p>Brush <strong>pork chops<\/strong> with remaining <strong>olive oil,<\/strong> sprinkle both sides with <strong>Southwest seasoning.<\/strong> Place <strong>chops<\/strong> in remaining section of pan. Bake until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145\u00b0 and <strong>potatoes<\/strong> and <strong>apples<\/strong> are tender, 20-25 minutes.
