Roast for ten minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>zucchini, red onion<\/strong> and <strong>mushrooms<\/strong> to the bowl and add additional <strong>olive oil.<\/strong> Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper,<\/strong> mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Fold thin <strong>salmon<\/strong> edges and tail, if necessary, to form an even thickness.
