Season generously with salt when boiling.<br \/>\nAdd and cook capellini al dente.<br \/>\n<strong>Reserve 1 cup cooking water <\/strong>and drain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile <strong>capellini<\/strong> is cooking, season and saut\u00e9 the <strong>chicken breast<\/strong> in a saut\u00e9 pan over medium high heat.
