Might use less Old Bay.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">lb fingerling or baby potatoes <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS extra virgin olive oil divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS + 1 tsp <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Old Bay seasoning<\/span><\/strong> divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp ground mustard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp ground coriander<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp dried dill<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00be<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp salt divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">3<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">ears sweet corn, cut into 4 pieces (12 pieces total) or kernels removed from cob<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">11-12 oz pkg. <\/span>smoked <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Andouille sausage<\/span><\/strong> sliced \u00bd-inch thick<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">zucchini, sliced \u00bd-inch thick (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">red or yellow onion, cut into \u00bd-inch wedges (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Parsley lemon butter: (optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS melted butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS finely chopped parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS lemon juice<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For serving:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">chopped parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">lemon slices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">hot sauce<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPreheat<\/strong> oven to <strong>425\u00b0F<\/strong>. Line a half-sheet pan with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray, set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pre-cook potatoes: <\/strong>Depending on size, chop <strong>potatoes<\/strong> in half or thirds. Transfer cut <strong>potatoes<\/strong> and <strong>onions <\/strong>to a prepared half-sheet pan and spread out into an even layer. Bake at <strong>425\u00b0F<\/strong> for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mix: <\/strong>Meanwhile, in a very large bowl, whisk together 3 TBS<strong> olive oil, <\/strong>1 TBS <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Old Bay seasoning<\/strong><\/span>, <strong>garlic powder, ground mustard, coriander, dill, pepper<\/strong> and \u00bd tsp <strong>salt.<\/strong> Add par cooked <strong>potatoes, corn, zucchini,<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">sausage<\/span>.<\/strong> Stir until evenly coated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>First Bake: <\/strong>Pour bowl onto prepared half-sheet pan and spread out into an even layer. Reduce heat to <strong>400\u00b0F<\/strong> and bake for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Season Shrimp: <\/strong>Meanwhile, add <strong>shrimp<\/strong> to the same bowl (don\u2019t wipe out)<strong>. <\/strong>Drizzle with 1 TBS <strong>olive oil,<\/strong> 1 tsp <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Old Bay Seasoning<\/strong><\/span> and \u00bc tsp <strong>salt.<\/strong> Stir until evenly coated.<\/p>\n<p>After 15 minutes, remove the half-sheet pan from oven and give everything a good stir. Add <strong>shrimp<\/strong> and spread everything into a single layer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Bake: <\/strong>Place pan back into oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the <strong>shrimp<\/strong> is opaque and cooked through.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parsley Lemon Butter: <\/strong>Meanwhile, whisk <strong>Parsley butter<\/strong> ingredients together<strong>, <\/strong>set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serve: <\/strong>As soon as the <strong>shrimp<\/strong> is done, drizzle the entire pan with<strong> Parsley Lemon Butter.<\/strong> Serve with additional freshly cracked <strong>salt, pepper, lemon<\/strong> wedges, <strong>parsley,<\/strong> <strong>Old Bay seasoning<\/strong> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>hot sauce<\/strong><\/span> on the side.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sheet Pan Dinners Yield: 4 Servings Adapted from: CarlsbadCravings This sheet pan version of the Shrimp Boil is loaded with succulent shrimp, tender potatoes, sweet corn and smokey sausage all enveloped in Cajun seasonings then baked to perfection then drizzled with Lemon Parsley Butter.
