Turn off heat. Stir in 1 TBS <strong>butter<\/strong> and <strong>juice<\/strong> from one <strong>lemon wedge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper<\/strong> to taste.
