Their new Ultimate version has grilled chicken, shrimp, penne in Alfredo sauce, topped with chili spices, shredded Parmesan, tomatoes, green onions. Served with garlic toast.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">boneless skinless chicken breasts <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">21-25 shrimp, peeled and deveined<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cajun seasoning<\/strong><\/span>, divided (recipe follows)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS cooking oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cups heavy cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp lemon pepper seasoning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">6<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz penne pasta<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">Roma tomato, seeded and diced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup parmesan cheese fresh shredded, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">green onions, cut into \u00bc-inch lengths<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pasta:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bring one gallon of <strong>water<\/strong> to boil in a large pot. Add 1 TBS <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>penne.<\/strong> Cook until just al dente, a minute or two less than manufacturer&#8217;s directions. Drain and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slice the <strong>chicken<\/strong> into bite sized pieces about 1\/4-inch thick. Put the <strong>chicken<\/strong> in a large resealable bag. Add \u00bd tsp <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cajun seasoning<\/strong><\/span> and shake to coat thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>In a large skillet, melt the \u00bd TBS of <strong>butter<\/strong> \u00bd TBS <strong>oil<\/strong> over medium heat. Add the <strong>chicken<\/strong> and turn when needed. Make sure to check with a knife to make sure it is no longer pink. Remove to a cutting board. Wipe out pan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Shrimp:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Season the <strong>shrimp<\/strong> with \u00bd tsp <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cajun seasoning<\/strong><\/span>. Toss to mix. In the same pan used for the <strong>chicken,<\/strong> heat \u00bd TBS <strong>oil<\/strong> and add <strong>shrimp.<\/strong> Saut\u00e9 until almost done.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the large pan used for the <strong>pasta,<\/strong> combine the <strong>heavy cream,<\/strong> 1 TBS <strong>butter, lemon pepper, salt, black pepper,<\/strong> and <strong>garlic powder.<\/strong> When the <strong>cream mixture<\/strong> just starts to bubble, add the <strong>pasta,<\/strong> mix and cook until the <strong>pasta<\/strong> is done. Remove from pan from heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assembly and finish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>chicken, shrimp,<\/strong> and <strong>diced tomato<\/strong> into the pasta.
