Add\u00a01 TBS of <strong>oil<\/strong>. Mix, set aside for 15-30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slurry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix 1 TBS corn starch with 1 tsp water. Set aside<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stir fry beef:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat 2 TBS of <strong>oil<\/strong> in a wok and add the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Szechuan peppers<\/span><\/strong>. Stir fry for 30 seconds and add the <strong>beef<\/strong> and stir frying until the beef is golden-brown.<\/p>\n<p>Set the <strong>beef<\/strong> and <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Szechuan peppers<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0aside to drain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stir fry vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a wok add 1 TBS of <strong>oil, minced ginger, minced garlic<\/strong> and stir-fry for few seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Next add all the <strong>vegetables<\/strong> and stir fry for a minute. Add <strong>Shaoxing wine<\/strong> and a cup of <strong>water,<\/strong> enough to just cover the vegetables. Cover and cook for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make the sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add to the wok 1 TBS <strong>oyster sauce,<\/strong> \u00bd &#8211; 1 tsp <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">hot pepper sauce<\/span><\/strong>, and a heaping tsp of <strong>sugar<\/strong>.
