Add <strong>broccolini;<\/strong> sprinkle with coarse <strong>salt.<\/strong> Add 1\/3 cup <strong>water.<\/strong> Cover and boil until crisp-tender and still bright green, about 4 minutes.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">Roasted Broccolini<\/h4>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Yield: 3 to 4 Servings<\/h5>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\">Adapted from Ina Garten<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">bunches broccolini, rinsed <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">Kosher salt and pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nP<\/strong>reheat the oven to 375\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Trim 2 inches off the ends of the <strong>broccolini stems<\/strong> and cut any thick stalks in half lengthwise. Place the <strong>broccolini<\/strong> in a single layer on a sheet pan. Drizzle with 1 TBS <strong>olive oil,<\/strong> sprinkle with \u00bd tsp salt and a generous amount of <strong>pepper,<\/strong> toss well. Roast for 15 minutes, until the <strong>broccolini<\/strong> is crisp-tender.
