Then, gently and quickly, knead it until it barely comes together.<\/p>\n<p>Dust it with <strong>flour,<\/strong> roll your <strong>dough<\/strong> into a rough rectangle \u00be-inch thick, fold it in thirds (like a letter), roll it out, and repeat this process one more time.<\/p>\n<p>Cut as many pieces as possible with a round or fluted biscuit cutter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly brush your <strong>biscuits<\/strong> with <strong>buttermilk<\/strong> and bake for 15 &#8211; 20 min.
