Roasted potatoes and green beans round out the plate.<br \/>\nPrep: 10 Cook: 30<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">10<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz pork tenderloin <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz potatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz green beans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS cream cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\/8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">3<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS parmesan cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">balsamic vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">butter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPrep pork:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F with a rack in the lower third. Cut each piece of <strong>pork<\/strong> horizontally (parallel to cutting board) almost completely in half. Open <strong>pork<\/strong> up like a book and place <strong>pork<\/strong> between sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet or heavy skillet, pound each to an even \u215b-inch thickness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Season pork:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finely grate <strong>Parmesan,<\/strong> if necessary. In a small bowl, combine <strong>cream cheese,<\/strong> half of the <strong>Parmesan,<\/strong> \u215b tsp <strong>granulated garlic,<\/strong> and a pinch each of <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper,<\/strong> mash with a fork until combined. Spread half of the <strong>mixture<\/strong> over one side of each piece of <strong>pork.<\/strong> Roll up and transfer, seam-sides down, to a plate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roast potatoes &amp; beans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Scrub <strong>potatoes,<\/strong> then cut into \u00bc-inch thick wedges. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss with 1 tablespoon <strong>oil<\/strong> and a pinch each of <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Roast on lower oven rack until just tender, 12\u201315 minutes. Trim ends from <strong>green beans.<\/strong> Remove baking sheet from oven; add <strong>green beans,<\/strong> and drizzle with <strong>oil,<\/strong> stirring gently to combine with <strong>roasted potatoes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Brown pork:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Brush <strong>pork<\/strong> lightly with <strong>oil;<\/strong> season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Heat 1 tablespoon <strong>oil<\/strong> in a medium skillet over medium-high. Add <strong>pork;<\/strong> cook until browned in spots, 4\u20135 minutes. Transfer to baking sheet and top with remaining <strong>Parmesan.<\/strong> Roast on lower rack until <strong>pork<\/strong> reaches an internal temperature of 145\u00b0F and <strong>beans<\/strong> are tender, 8\u201310 minutes. Transfer <strong>pork<\/strong> to a plate to rest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make sauce &amp; serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat 1 teaspoon <strong>oil<\/strong> in same skillet over medium. Remove from heat and whisk in \u215b teaspoon <strong>granulated garlic,<\/strong> 1 tablespoon each of <strong>water<\/strong> and <strong>vinegar,<\/strong> and 1 tablespoon <strong>butter<\/strong> until melted, season with <strong>salt, pepper,<\/strong> and \u00bd teaspoon <strong>sugar.<\/strong> Slice <strong>parmesan-stuffed pork,<\/strong> then spoon <strong>pan sauce<\/strong> over top. Serve with <strong>green beans<\/strong> and <strong>potatoes<\/strong> alongside.
