Let preheat, at least 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Set <strong>butter<\/strong> on counter to soften<\/p>\n<p>Prepare a baking sheet with foil and <strong>cooking spray<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refer to minimum internal temperature chart on front of card for your protein<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customize it instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If using <strong>chicken breasts,<\/strong> pat dry. Cook until <strong>chicken<\/strong> reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p>If using <strong>filet mignon,<\/strong> pat dry. Cook until <strong>steak<\/strong> reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium\/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. <strong>Steak<\/strong> thickness can vary, if you receive a thinner <strong>steak,<\/strong> we recommend checking for doneness sooner.<\/p>\n<p>If using <strong>salmon,<\/strong> pat dry. Add <strong>salmon,<\/strong> skin-side up first, and cook until <strong>salmon<\/strong> reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare the ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cut <strong>broccoli<\/strong> into bite-sized pieces. Trim discolored ends, if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Halve <strong>garlic.<\/strong> Place <strong>garlic halves<\/strong> on a piece of foil and spray with cooking spray. Form a foil pouch around <strong>garlic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roast the broccoli and garlic:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>broccoli<\/strong> and <strong>bacon<\/strong> on prepared baking sheet and toss with <strong>potato seasoning<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Spread into a single layer, leaving room for <strong>garlic pouch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>garlic pouch<\/strong> on empty space on sheet, opening side up.<\/p>\n<p>Roast in hot oven until <strong>garlic<\/strong> is tender and <strong>broccoli<\/strong> has browned, 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>While <strong>broccoli<\/strong> and <strong>garlic<\/strong> roast, continue recipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook the steaks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pat <strong>steaks<\/strong> dry and season both sides with <strong>steak<\/strong> seasoning.<\/p>\n<p>Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>steaks<\/strong> to hot pan and cook until <strong>steaks<\/strong> reach desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium\/medium-well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steak<\/strong> thickness can vary, if you receive a thinner <strong>steak,<\/strong> we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Transfer <strong>steaks<\/strong> to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make the cheese sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a small pot over medium heat. Add <strong>mirepoix base, cream cheese,<\/strong> and \u00bc cup <strong>water<\/strong> to hot pot. Bring to a simmer.<\/p>\n<p>Once simmering, stir occasionally until <strong>cream cheese<\/strong> has fully melted, 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in <strong>shredded cheese<\/strong> until fully melted and combined, 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from burner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make garlic butter and finish dish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Transfer <strong>roasted garlic<\/strong> to a mixing bowl and add <strong>softened butter<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>salt.<\/strong> Mash until smooth and thoroughly combined. <strong>Garlic<\/strong> will be hot! Use a utensil.
