On the side are crisp roasted green beans and fragrant jasmine rice (both super-delicious with that tasty sauce!).<br \/>\nPrep: 5 Cook: 20<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup jasmine rice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS sweet soy glaze<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">10<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz chopped chicken breast<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">scallions <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">thumb ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>sriracha <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp honey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">6<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz green beans <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS sesame seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">cooking oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nCook rice: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Wash and dry produce.<\/p>\n<p>In a small pot, combine <strong>rice,<\/strong> \u00be cup <strong>water,<\/strong> and a big pinch of <strong>salt.<\/strong> Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a low simmer. Cook until <strong>rice<\/strong> is tender, 15-18 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Keep covered off heat until ready to serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roast green beans: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While <strong>rice<\/strong> cooks, trim <strong>green beans<\/strong> if necessary. Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of <strong>oil, salt,<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roast on top rack until golden-brown and tender, 12-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep &amp; make sauce: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, trim and thinly slice <strong>scallions,<\/strong> separating <strong>whites<\/strong> from <strong>greens.<\/strong> Peel and mince <strong>ginger.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, combine <strong>soy glaze, honey,<\/strong> 2 TBS <strong>water,<\/strong> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Sriracha<\/strong><\/span> to taste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook chicken: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open package of <strong>chicken<\/strong> and drain off any excess <strong>liquid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat a large drizzle of <strong>oil<\/strong> in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add <strong>chicken<\/strong> in a single layer and season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and almost cooked through, 3- to 5-minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coat chicken: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once <strong>chicken<\/strong> is browned, add <strong>scallion whites<\/strong> and <strong>ginger<\/strong> to pan. Cook until fragrant, 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in <strong>sweet soy honey sauce,<\/strong> cook until <strong>sauce<\/strong> has thickened, and <strong>chicken<\/strong> is coated and cooked through, 2- to 3-minutes. Turn off heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finish &amp; serve: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fluff <strong>rice<\/strong> with a fork and season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> For extra flavor, stir in 1 TBS<strong> butter.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Divide <strong>rice, green beans,<\/strong> and <strong>chicken<\/strong> between plates.
