Served with oven roast sliced potatoes and broccoli almandine.<br \/>\nPrep: 10 Cook: 20<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz broccoli florets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz baby potatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz sirloin steaks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">clove garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz sliced almonds<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tbs fresh parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u2157<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">cooking oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">butter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prep:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 450\u00b0F. Wash and dry produce. Finely chop <strong>parsley.<\/strong> Peel and finely chop <strong>garlic.<\/strong> Cut <strong>potatoes<\/strong> into \u00bc-inch-thick rounds. Cut <strong>broccoli<\/strong> into bite-size pieces. Place 2 TBS <strong>butter<\/strong> in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave until just softened, 5-10 seconds. Stir in 1 tsp <strong>parsley<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>garlic.<\/strong> Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toss <strong>potatoes<\/strong> on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of <strong>oil, salt,<\/strong> and <strong>pepper;<\/strong> spread out evenly across entire sheet. Roast until browned and tender, 18-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>While <strong>potatoes<\/strong> roast, heat a large, dry pan over medium-high heat. Add <strong>almonds<\/strong> and cook, stirring often, until golden brown and fragrant, 5-6 minutes. Turn off heat; transfer to a plate and set aside to cool.<\/p>\n<p>Pat <strong>steak<\/strong> dry with paper towels; season all over with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Heat a large drizzle of <strong>oil<\/strong> in pan used for <strong>almonds<\/strong> over medium-high heat. Add <strong>steak<\/strong> and cook to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board to rest.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>broccoli<\/strong> to same pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until bright green, 2-3 minutes. Pour in \u00bc cup <strong>water<\/strong> and cover pan. Let steam, shaking pan once or twice, until <strong>broccoli<\/strong> is tender, 3-4 minutes. Uncover and add remaining <strong>garlic.<\/strong> Cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thinly slice <strong>steak<\/strong> against the grain. Divide <strong>steak, broccoli,<\/strong> and <strong>potatoes<\/strong> between plates.
