Slice <strong>potatoes<\/strong> into \u00bd-inch-thick wedges (like <strong>steak fries).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make crust: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spread <strong>panko<\/strong> on a baking sheet. Toast in oven until golden-brown, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl or shallow dish, then add <strong>Parmesan<\/strong> and a drizzle of <strong>olive oil.<\/strong> Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bake potatoes: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toss <strong>potatoes,<\/strong> a large drizzle of <strong>olive oil, rosemary,<\/strong> and a large pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper<\/strong> on same baking sheet. Bake in oven until nicely browned and crisp, 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coat chicken: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Season <strong>chicken<\/strong> all over with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Crack <strong>egg<\/strong>\u00a0into a medium bowl and lightly beat. Working one piece at a time, dip <strong>chicken<\/strong> into <strong>egg,<\/strong> letting excess drip off, then coat in <strong>panko<\/strong>\u00a0mixture, pressing to adhere. Place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bake green beans and chicken: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toss <strong>green beans<\/strong> on another baking sheet with a drizzle of <strong>olive oil<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Bake <strong>green beans<\/strong> and <strong>chicken<\/strong> in oven until <strong>chicken<\/strong> is no longer pink in center and <strong>green beans<\/strong> are tender and slightly crisp at the edges, 12-15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mix sauce and serve: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stir together <strong>honey<\/strong> and <strong>mustard<\/strong> in a small bowl. Divide <strong>chicken, potatoes,<\/strong> and <strong>green beans<\/strong> between plates.
