Let it preheat for at least 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Set <strong>Sicilian Sauce<\/strong> on counter to soften<\/p>\n<p>Prepare a baking sheet with foil and generously coat with <strong>cooking spray.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Roast the cottage fries:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slice <strong>potatoes<\/strong> into \u00bc&#8221; rounds.<\/p>\n<p>Mince <strong>garlic.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>potatoes<\/strong> on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp <strong>olive<\/strong> <strong>o<\/strong>il, <strong>potato spice seasoning, garlic,<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Spread into an even layer and top evenly with half the <strong>cheese<\/strong> (reserve remaining for other side of <strong>potatoes).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roast in hot oven until <strong>potatoes<\/strong> are golden-brown and crispy, 18-22 minutes, flipping once halfway through and topping with remaining <strong>cheese.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While <strong>potatoes<\/strong> roast, continue recipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepare the ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coarsely chop <strong>spinach.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pat <strong>steaks<\/strong> dry and season both sides with half the <strong>garlic salt<\/strong> and \u00bc tsp <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook the steaks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp <strong>olive oil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>steaks<\/strong> to hot pan and cook until <strong>steaks<\/strong> reach desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium\/medium-well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Steak<\/strong> thickness can vary, if you receive a thinner <strong>steak,<\/strong> we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Transfer <strong>steaks<\/strong> to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Keep pan over medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make the sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>spinach<\/strong> and 1 TBS <strong>water<\/strong> to hot pan. Stir occasionally until <strong>spinach<\/strong> begins to wilt, 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add softened <strong>Sicilian sauce<\/strong> (to taste) and <strong>creme fraiche.<\/strong> Stir often until combined, 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from burner.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finish the dish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping <strong>steak<\/strong> with <strong>sauce<\/strong> (to taste).
