Mostly boring.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">(4 oz) flounder fillets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS butter, melted, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup panko breadcrumbs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u2154<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">pinch dried thyme<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">ground black pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F.
