Whatever you want.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Premix sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup water <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">spoon BTB chicken, heat and stir<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1-3<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Hoisin sauce <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">3<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp Shaoxing cooking wine <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp sugar <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS of oyster sauce <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd-1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp sesame oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp soy sauce, mix well<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Shrimp:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">lb large shrimp, peeled, deveined, rinsed, patted dry<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper, season shrimp, add<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\/4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup corn starch, mix well to coat shrimp<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vegetables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">carrot, peeled and sliced thinly diagonally. Precook in MW 2 to 3 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz green peas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz green beans, other vegetables optional, e.g.,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz red and orange peppers, sliced thin<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stir-fry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">vegetable oil, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp ginger, sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">onion, julienned and separated<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1-2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">scallions, cut small<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Slurry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS corn starch mixed with 2 TBS water <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Stir fry shrimp: <\/strong>In a hot wok add 1-2 TBS <strong>oil<\/strong> and add the <strong>shrimp.<\/strong> Cook until browned on bottom, then flip and brown other side. About 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove to bowl.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vegetables: <\/strong>If the wok is dry add a little <strong>oil.<\/strong> Add the <strong>garlic<\/strong> and <strong>ginger<\/strong> to the wok and stir fry for 30 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Next add <strong>vegetables<\/strong> to the wok, stir fry until lightly browned.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>premix sauce<\/strong> to the wok and let it boil for a couple minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>slurry<\/strong> to thicken.<\/p>\n<p>Return the <strong>shrimp<\/strong> back into the wok and stir everything together.
