Stacey Cook<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Prep:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 cloves of <strong>garlic,<\/strong> minced<\/p>\n<p>10 oz <strong>broccoli,<\/strong> cut into florets<\/p>\n<p>3 slices of <strong>ginger<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10-12 oz <strong>beef steak,<\/strong> cut across grain into thin slices<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd tsp <strong>soy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3 tsp <strong>dark soy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd tsp <strong>oyster sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp <strong>sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00be tsp <strong>baking soda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bc tsp <strong>black pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 tsp <strong>corn starch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 tsp <strong>water,<\/strong> mix until water absorbed, add<\/p>\n<p>4 tsp <strong>oil,<\/strong> mix<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>oil,<\/strong> add<\/p>\n<p><strong>ginger slices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Broccoli florets,<\/strong> stir fry until coated with <strong>oil,<\/strong> add<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>Shaoxing<\/strong> wine<\/p>\n<p>\u215b tsp <strong>sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u215b tsp <strong>salt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00bd cup <strong>water,<\/strong> cover, cook for 30 seconds, remove to plate. Add<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>oil,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinated beef<\/strong>, spread out and pan fry on one side, add<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minced garlic<\/strong> and flip <strong>beef<\/strong> to brown on the other side until 50% cooked. Add<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>Shaoxing wine<\/strong>, cook until evaporated. Add<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp <strong>dark soy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp <strong>oyster sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp <strong>sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2153 cup <strong>water,<\/strong> cook until sauce thickens. Turn off heat. Return<\/p>\n<p><strong>Broccoli<\/strong> to pan.
