Prep: 10 Cook: 40<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">baby lettuce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">3<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Caesar dressing <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">10<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz bavette steak<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">10<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz shrimp <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS old bay seasoning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">3<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS parmesan cheese <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz grape tomatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS garlic herb butter <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS ranch spice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">demi-baguette <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">cooking oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">butter<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPrep: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat a well-oiled grill to medium-high heat.<\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>garlic herb butter<\/strong> in a small bowl, bring to room temperature. Wash and dry <strong>produce.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Finely chop <strong>parsley leaves<\/strong> and <strong>stems.<\/strong> Trim and discard root end from <strong>lettuce,<\/strong> chop <strong>leaves<\/strong> into bite-size pieces until you have 3 cups. Halve <strong>tomatoes<\/strong> lengthwise. Halve <strong>baguette<\/strong> lengthwise. Zest and quarter <strong>lemon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Make parsley butter: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place 3 TBS plain <strong>butter<\/strong> in a second small, microwave safe bowl. Microwave until just softened, 10-15 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in 1 TBS <strong>parsley<\/strong> and \u00be tsp <strong>Old Bay Seasoning<\/strong> until combined. Set aside for serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toss salad: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toss <strong>lettuce, tomatoes,<\/strong> and <strong>Parmesan<\/strong> together in a large bowl. (You\u2019ll add the dressing in step 6.) Set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grill steak &amp; shrimp: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pat <strong>steak<\/strong> dry with paper towels. Season all over with\u00a0 the <strong>Ranch Spice, salt,<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rinse <strong>shrimp<\/strong> under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Place in the center of a large piece of foil, add a large drizzle of <strong>oil<\/strong> and remaining <strong>Old Bay Seasoning<\/strong>. Cinch into a packet.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>steak<\/strong> and <strong>shrimp<\/strong> packet to grill. (Tip: For a grill pan, oil and heat over medium-high heat. Work in batches.) Grill steak to desired doneness, 4- to 8-minutes per side. Grill <strong>shrimp<\/strong> until cooked through, 8-10 minutes (grills can vary).<\/p>\n<p>Remove from heat. Transfer <strong>steak<\/strong> to a cutting board to rest for at least 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pan alternative: <\/strong>Cook <strong>seasoned steak<\/strong> in a large oiled pan over medium-high heat, 5- to 7-minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board to rest for 5 minutes. Wipe out pan. Season <strong>shrimp<\/strong> with remaining <strong>Old Bay Seasoning<\/strong> (skip the foil packet). Cook in same <strong>oiled<\/strong> pan over medium-high heat, stirring, 3- to 4-minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grill bread: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once <strong>steak<\/strong> and <strong>shrimp<\/strong> are cooked, reduce heat on grill or grill pan to medium. Spread cut sides of <strong>baguette<\/strong> with half the softened <strong>garlic herb butter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>bread<\/strong> to grill, cut sides down. Grill until toasted, 1- to 3 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Watch carefully to avoid burning!<\/p>\n<p>Once <strong>bread<\/strong> has cooled, carefully spread cut sides with remaining softened garlic herb butter. Halve on a diagonal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Toaster alternative: Toast baguette until golden. Spread cut sides with <\/strong>softened garlic herb butter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finish &amp; serve: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Carefully open <strong>shrimp<\/strong> foil packet. Add <strong>lemon zest,<\/strong> remaining <strong>parsley,<\/strong> and a squeeze of <strong>lemon juice.<\/strong> Toss to combine.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>Caesar dressing<\/strong> and a squeeze of <strong>lemon juice<\/strong> to bowl with <strong>salad.<\/strong> Toss to combine. Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Slice <strong>steak<\/strong> against the grain.<\/p>\n<p>Divide <strong>salad, steak, shrimp,<\/strong> and <strong>garlic bread<\/strong> between plates.
