This is a great dish with a Southwestern flair.<br \/>Prep: 15 Cook: 45<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">(12 inch) flour tortillas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">(6 oz) can crab meat, drained<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">lb cooked medium shrimp, shelled and deveined<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">(20 oz) can green enchilada sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">(8 oz) container of sour cream<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">bunch green onions, chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Heat the tortillas in the microwave or a dry pan to soften them.<\/p>\n<p>Lay <strong>tortillas<\/strong> on a flat surface. In the middle of each <strong>tortilla<\/strong> place equal amounts of <strong>cheese, crab,<\/strong> and <strong>shrimp.<\/strong> Set aside some <strong>cheese<\/strong> to sprinkle on top of the <strong>tortillas.<\/strong> Roll the <strong>tortillas<\/strong> to form <strong>enchiladas.<\/strong> Arrange side by side in a 9&#215;13 inch baking pan.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>green enchilada sauce<\/strong> over all the <strong>enchiladas,<\/strong> the <strong>green sauce<\/strong> should cover the <strong>enchiladas<\/strong> completely.
