What a treat.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS ginger, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS garlic, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cups broccoli florets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">sliced scallion, for garnish<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">sesame seeds, for garnish<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Seasoning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup hoisin sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">black pepper, to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><br \/>\nMise, Mise, Mise, get your mise together!<\/span> This means me! This happens so fast, that you must get everything prepped and measured before cooking starts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat <strong>oil<\/strong> in a wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add <strong>minced ginger<\/strong> and <strong>minced garlic.<\/strong> Saut\u00e9 for 30 seconds then add the <strong>broccoli.<\/strong> Cook the <strong>broccoli<\/strong> until tender, for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.<\/p>\n<p>Add <strong>shrimp<\/strong> and stir fry until they just begin to turn pink, about 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the <strong>Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce<\/strong> and season with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Continue to cook until the <strong>shrimp<\/strong> and <strong>broccoli<\/strong> are fully coated in the <strong>sauce<\/strong> for about 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish with <strong>sliced scallions<\/strong> and <strong>sesame seeds.<\/strong> Enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yield: 1-2 LKK Yum.
