pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In large bowl whisk together your <strong>flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper<\/strong> and <strong>garlic powder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In another bowl whisk together <strong>buttermilk, egg<\/strong> and <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>hot sauce<\/strong><\/span> (optional).<\/p>\n<p>Dredge your <strong>chicken<\/strong> in the <strong>flour mixture<\/strong> then dip into the <strong>egg mixture<\/strong> than back into the <strong>flour mixture<\/strong> making sure to press down <strong>flour<\/strong> to get stuck on the <strong>chicken<\/strong> real good.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00bd-inch of <strong>vegetable oil<\/strong> into a deep pan and heat the <strong>oil<\/strong> to 375\u00b0F (the temperature will drop a bit as you add the <strong>chicken,<\/strong> you want to cook the <strong>chicken<\/strong> at 350\u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>Place <strong>chicken<\/strong> in pan and fry on each side 3-5 minutes until golden-brown, remove and drain on paper towel lined plate, repeat with all <strong>chicken.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To make your <strong>gravy,<\/strong> in large pan add \u00bc&#8221;
