Stacey Cook<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Prep:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 cloves of garlic, minced<\/p>\n<p>4 slices of ginger<\/p>\n<p>4 stalks of green onion, split lengthwise, cut 2-inch, separate green\/white<\/p>\n<p>6 oz onion, red or yellow, cut into large strips, separated<\/p>\n<p>8 oz beansprouts<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>8 oz beef, tri-tip, cut across fiber<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp oyster sauce<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp dark soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>4 tsp water<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp baking soda<\/p>\n<p>5 tsp cornstarch<\/p>\n<p>pinch black pepper, mix evenly, add<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp sesame oil, mix, set aside<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slurry:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp corn starch<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup water<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cook:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat skillet over medium high heat, when hot, add<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>oil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>small pinch <strong>sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp <strong>salt,<\/strong> add<\/p>\n<p><strong>onions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 tsp <strong>rice wine,<\/strong> cook enough to remove raw taste, remove to plate. Heat<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>oil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 slices of <strong>ginger,<\/strong> sizzle, add<\/p>\n<p>small pinch <strong>sugar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp <strong>salt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>beansprouts,<\/strong> saut\u00e9 15 seconds, add<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp <strong>rice wine<\/strong>, remove to plate, heat<\/p>\n<p>1 TBS <strong>oil<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 slices of <strong>ginger,<\/strong> sizzle, add<\/p>\n<p><strong>marinated beef<\/strong> and stir fry. add<\/p>\n<p><strong>white<\/strong> part of <strong>scallion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>minced <strong>garlic<\/strong> and stir fry until <strong>beef<\/strong> is 70% cooked, add<\/p>\n<p>2 tsp <strong>soy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 tsp <strong>dark soy sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp <strong>sugar,<\/strong> stir fry until color even, stir and add<\/p>\n<p><strong>slurry,<\/strong> mix, BTB, thicken, add<\/p>\n<p><strong>green<\/strong> part of <strong>scallion,<\/strong> return<\/p>\n<p><strong>beansprouts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>on<strong>i<\/strong>on and<\/p>\n<p>pinch <strong>black pepper<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<p>turn off heat, mix,<\/p>\n<p>Serve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yield: 4-6 Cook!
