This is my replacement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS butter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS olive oil, divided<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">chicken breasts (boneless skinless)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">kosher salt &amp; black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp curry powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz cremini mushrooms, sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">yellow onion, diced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cloves garlic, minced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup white wine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup chicken broth<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mushrooms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat 2 TBS of <strong>butter<\/strong> and 1 TBS of <strong>olive oil<\/strong> in a skillet over medium heat.<\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>mushrooms, onions<\/strong> and a pinch of <strong>salt<\/strong> to skillet. Saut\u00e9 until browned, about 6-8 minutes. When nearly done, add <strong>garlic<\/strong> and stir for 20-30 seconds. Remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chicken:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pound <strong>chicken<\/strong> to less than \u00bd-inch thick.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the <strong>butter<\/strong> and <strong>oil<\/strong> from the skillet in a casserole dish. Add additional <strong>butter<\/strong> and <strong>oil<\/strong> if desired.<\/p>\n<p>Season the <strong>chicken<\/strong> with <strong>salt, pepper<\/strong> and <strong>curry powder<\/strong> on both sides. Place <strong>chicken<\/strong> in casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Top the <strong>chicken<\/strong> with <strong>sauteed mushrooms and onions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Add the <strong>white wine<\/strong> around the <strong>chicken<\/strong> and cover casserole.<\/p>\n<p>Bake covered for about 20 minutes.
