Cook until browned.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, slice 1 <strong>onion<\/strong> into half-rings.<\/p>\n<p>Push the <strong>beef<\/strong> onto one side of the pan, add the <strong>onions<\/strong> to the other side and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes until tender.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Season <strong>beef<\/strong> with <strong>salt<\/strong> &amp; <strong>pepper.<\/strong> Add 1 tsp <strong>sage.<\/strong> Mix <strong>beef<\/strong> and <strong>onions<\/strong> together. Add 2 cloves of <strong>minced garlic,<\/strong> 2 tsp <strong>Worcestershire sauce,<\/strong> mix.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Add <strong>mushrooms<\/strong> and stir. Cook for a few minutes until <strong>mushrooms<\/strong> lose water and start to brown.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Add <strong>spinach<\/strong> (optional) and mix, cook until wilted. Remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Top with a layer of \u00bc-inch thick sliced <strong>potatoes.<\/strong> Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> &amp; <strong>pepper<\/strong> and 1 tsp <strong>thyme.<\/strong> Top with shredded <strong>Gruy\u00e8re cheese.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Top with another layer of <strong>potatoes.<\/strong> Season with <strong>salt<\/strong> &amp; <strong>pepper<\/strong> and 1 tsp <strong>thyme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Pour over 1 cup of <strong>cream<\/strong> and top with shredded <strong>Gruy\u00e8re cheese.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Cover with foil.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Back at 350\u00b0F for 60 to 75 minutes, until <strong>potatoes<\/strong> are very tender.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Uncover and cook until golden brown, for about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body\">Remove.
