Delicious and healthy to eat!!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pork &amp; marinade:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">8<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">oz pork loin or Char Sui, cubed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS soy sauce plus more as needed later<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bc<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS Hoisin sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS hot water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp honey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp sesame oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp Shaoxing wine (or dry cooking sherry)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">TBS soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp dark soy sauce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">shake of white pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Rice:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">eggs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">4<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cups cold rice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup sliced or diced carrot<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup peas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp garlic powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">big pinch white pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp sesame oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">scallions (chopped)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-mix sauce: <\/strong> Mix all sauce ingredients in small bowl, set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carrots:<\/strong> If carrots are raw, cut into pea size pieces and microwave for 90 seconds. Stir and microwave for 60 seconds, set aside.<br \/>\n<strong>Egg: <\/strong>Add 1 TBS veg oil to hot wok and scramble eggs, set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pork: <\/strong>Start by stir frying pork in 1 TBS vegetable oil. Add 1 TBS soy sauce, a good shake of black pepper, 1 TBS hoisin sauce. Pork will exude water. Cook to reduce some of liquid, then set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Wipe out wok with paper towel to dry.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rice:<\/strong> Heat wok until hot. Heat 1 to 2 TBS oil, then onion. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd peas, carrots, mix well. Add rice to wok and break up and stir so rice heats up 3 to 5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd pork (not the juice) and scrambled egg. Toss to mix.<br \/>\nAdd pre-mixed sauce, mix well. Taste and adjust seasoning with soy sauce.<br \/>\nAdd \u00bd tsp sesame oil and green onion.<br \/>\nToss and serve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yield: 6 Servings Adapted from Fortune Cooking Simple and easy to cook pork fried rice.
