They dry out.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">12<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">whole chicken wings with tip section removed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">\u2013 or-<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">24<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">chicken wing sections<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"id-ingredient-name\">salt &amp; pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">cup all purpose flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">\u00bd<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"quantity\">1-2<\/span><span class=\"ingredient-name\">tsp seasonings of your choice like poulty seasoning, italian seasoning, herbs de Provence, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nPreheat<\/strong> oven to 425\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Season <strong>wings<\/strong> generously with <strong>salt<\/strong> and <strong>pepper.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put the <strong>flour,<\/strong> 1 teaspoon <strong>salt,<\/strong> \u00bd teaspoon <strong>pepper,<\/strong> and your seasoning in a bag, paper or plastic as you see fit. Add 6 <strong>wings<\/strong> to the bag, close and shake to coat. Line up <strong>wings<\/strong> on a foil-lined or Silpat lined half-sheet pan. Repeat with remaining <strong>wings.<\/strong> Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and turn <strong>wings<\/strong> over.
