Spray edges of <strong>wrappers<\/strong> with more <strong>cooking spray.<\/strong> Set aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Make cheese filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine <strong>cheese, cream cheese, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">cayenne pepper<\/span><\/strong> and <strong>mustard<\/strong> in medium bowl; mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in <strong>red bell pepper<\/strong> and <strong>artichoke hearts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Spoon about 1 tablespoonful <strong>cheese<\/strong> mixture into each cup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bake:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until <strong>cheese<\/strong> mixture is set and edges of wrappers are lightly browned. Garnish with fresh <strong>parsley,<\/strong> if desired.
