I, William being sick and weake, doe make this my Last will. Vnto
my eldest sonne, Jno Replye, the dwelling howse he now dwells in, with
all ye barnes &c, but my sonne Abraham shall haue Liberty to Vse ye new barne for his Corne & other occasions : & ye new leanto for his Cattle

of meadow belonging to ye same, Lyeing next vnto Samuell Ward, East-
ward, and ye Riuer Southward. Vnto my sonn Jno A peece of Salt
meadow lying at Conyehassett : for three Acres more or lesse; it is in
ye third diuision. Vnto sonn Jno my horse, ye horse Colt yt Came of
my mare : two Oxen, Collier & Buck, fouer Cowes, three sheepe Ewes,
with 3 lambs : eight goates : halfe ye dry goates and halfe ye kids. Vnto
sonn Abraham, ye home lott, which I bought of Thomas Vnderwood, to-
gether with the orchyard and fencing and other appurtenances thereto belonging; wch lott lyeth for fiue Acres, next Vnto Jno Lasell east : next
to Jno Otis west ; also vnto Sonn Abraham : all ye fresh meadow yt ly-
eth at ye end of ye said home lott ; all ye salt meadow wch I bought of
Thomas vnderwood, lyeing at ye wear: next ffrancis James southward,
and Robert Joanes north : ye great lott wch I bought of Thomas vnder-
wood, lying for fifteene Acres, next vnto Jno Lasell South East, & next
vnto Cornelius Cantleburry north west, butting on ye riuer; ye planting
lott, which I bought of Thomas vnderwood, lyeing in the neck for thre
Acres : next vnto Mathew Cushen north, and Jno Beales South : butting
vpon the sea westward, and Michaell Pearse eastward. Vnto Sonn
Abraham, two old oxen, Calles Broad and Browne, two stears of fiue
yeares old, one young steere 2 yeares old, three young Cowes, and eight
milch Goates, halfe ye drie Goates & halfe ye kids, two Ewe sheepe two lambs, fiue wether Sheepe and two Rams, my Mare of 3 yeares old, my
ffether bed and greene Rug, one blankett and one broad brasse kettle, one Iron Pot and A Chest yt ye Cover is Loose ; A little Cofer and three
empty Barrell: The Cart and Wheeles, plowes and plow Irons, with all ye Chaynes, shall be equally devided betwene my Sonn Jno & Abraham.
Vnto Sonn Abraham one Swine of A yeare old and ye vantage. Vnto
Sonn Jno my best Cloake and 2 peeces of Cloath of ye same, So much as will make a sute of apparrell, one paier of Shooes, A payer of stock-
ins, my best hat, And my great bible. Vnto Sonn Abraham, my book
of Masters, and all my other apparell ; debts due vnto mee from sev-
erall psons, as they doe receive any, they shal be equally devided be-
twene ye said Jno & Abraham; debts due for me to pay, John & Abra-
ham Shall pay it equally together. John and Abraham Executors.
