- Kingston, NH Donna Marie Lafayette, 63, passed away at her home, surrounded by her family on March 24, 2013. She was born on December 19, 1949 in Manchester, NH, the daughter of the late George Mose Braley and Rose Etta (Westover) Braley. Formerly of Deerfield, NH, she has been a resident of Kingston since 1964. She was formerly employed by Howard Laces Shoe Company in Plaistow, NH and also Burke Shoe in Atkinson, NH, and was a longtime member of the First Congregational Church of Kingston. Donna was a talented seamstress who was gifted at quilting, sewing, and creating arts and crafts. She always took care of those around her, and was also known for her cooking and baking. She also loved to play the game of BINGO. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Dale T. Lafayette of Kingston, NH; her two sons, Shawn P. (and wife Sherry) Lafayette of Nottingham, NH, and Jesse C. Lafayette of Kingston, NH; her daughter Tawnya D. Lafayette of Kingston, NH; her granddaughter Amber Leigh Rose Lafayette; four sisters, Bert Mann of Plaistow, NH, Beverly (and husband Pete) Philbrick of Kingston, NH, Carlene (and husband Leon) Berry of Alaska, and Jackie Braley of Kingston, NH; three brothers, Carlton Braley of Manchester, NH, Richard Braley of Atkinson, NH; and Stephen (and wife Linda) Braley of Brentwood, NH; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her grandson, Branden Lee Lafayette who died in 2002. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 4-7 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, 9 Pleasant St., Epping, NH. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 11 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Kingston, NH.
