Roast Potato Wedges

Simple seasoned potato wedges.
- 12oz potatoes
- 1½tsp garlic powder
- 1½tsp onion powder
- 1½tsp paprika
Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut potatoes into ½-inch-thick wedges.
Mix seasoning ingredients in a small dish.
Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a large drizzle of olive oil, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Roast on top rack until browned and tender, 20-30 minutes.
